Rebeca Antunes, has a Master's Degree in Veterinary Medicine and has a background research on insect production and use as feed ingredient in swine nutrition (which gave theme to her final MsC project)
In 2021 she joined the EntoGreen team, collaborating in the areas of research, quality and innovation aiming for sustainable, efficient and safe processes in the insect bioindustrial sector.
